在2014年提升苏州仓库整体工作效率10%的基础上，原材料合金线在保证原有合金线管控的条件下，进一步优化操作流程，从而有效的节约了原来寻找钥匙，开柜子门和锁柜子门的时间，发放一颗合金线料时间由原来的55秒缩减到35秒，工作效率提升了36%；我们通过改善合金线的存放区域，由原来的14个各自带锁的柜子转移到统一带锁的房间来存储，拆除了所有柜子的门，减少了不必要的操作动作。
On the basis of improving the whole efficiency of Suzhou warehouse by 10% in 2014, and under the condition of the original alloy wire control , we further optimized the operation process, thus effectively saved the time to look for the key, open and lock cabinet door; and reduced the time to issue an alloy wire feeding from 55 to 35 seconds, the efficiency increased by 36%; Through to improve the storage area of the alloy wire, we transferred 14 lockers to unified lock room to store, dismantled all cabinets’ doors, reducing unnecessary operation.
