Job title: Project Launch Coordinator

Location: Suzhou Hamlin

Report to: ME Manager

Position Summary:

1. Responsible for the coordination of T3 to T4 stages main milestones to match main APQP time schedule, based on quality, cost, stability and delivery by using standard project management methodologies.

2. Coordinate with various departments to assure successful on-time launch for PPAP and SOP by using of standard APQP methodologies.

3. Focus on project management from T3 to T4, to create detailed time schedule to ensure project timely launch.

4. Conduct regular meeting together with global program manager to overview the project status.

5. Identify and resolve project open issues, elevating to ME manager as appropriate for expedient resolution.

6. Participate in tooling and equipment concept design, and tracing all the status.

7. Responsible for complete T3 and T4 checklist to ensure all documentation match PPAP requirement.

8. Overall manager PPAP supported actions including material, planning, operator and tooling/equipment to ensure successful result.

9. Other authorities empowered by ME manager.

Requirements:

1. University graduated, majored in mechanical/electrical engineering or related subject.

2. Automotive background, must familiar with PPAP procedure.

3. Minimum 3 years work experience in an Operations Environment Management.

4. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both local language and English.

6. 1~2 years work experience in a formal project program management function.

7. Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.

8. Experience in a high volume electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing environment is required.
