岗位职责

1. Provide software technical support of Maxim audio codec and amplifier products for audio products customers in China.

2. Provide on-site customer support and email communication with key customers to provide solutions and to troubleshoot a variety of technical problems that may arise in the domains of embedded firmware.

3. Resolve, identify and isolate issues quickly to meet customer product schedules.

4. Pay attention to detail, good communication skills, patience and willingness to occasionally work longer hours to help key customers meet their product schedules.

岗位要求

1. BSEE or MSEE with at least 3 years experiences in software/embedded firmware.

2. With proven experience in embedded Linux, Android and Linux ALSA.

3. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

4. Experience in I2S, I2C, SlimBus interfaces, mobile phone audio drivers, and DSP software.

5. Skilled at troubleshooting and isolating audio problems in analog and digital domains.

6. Proficient in C/C++, Java, assembly languages.

7. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mobile phone embedded audio firmware development.

The Associate, Customer Operations is a challenging and dynamic role, and filled with opportunities for growth. Who is responsible for working with field sales and the local customer operations team to establish, maintain and improve the business relationship between the customer and Maxim Corporate. This position has high visibility within all departments at Maxim and requires working closely with the various Business Units, Sales and Supply Chain to increase revenue at the customer. The Customer Operations Associate is required to add value at every level of transaction and communications, and act as an advocate for the customer within the factory and at the same time represent Maxim in all business transactions. The Customer Operations Associate gathers and disseminates information from the customer to all parties within Maxim and works closely with the field sales team to satisfy customer requests.

Duties and Responsibilities include

1. Tactical Service Support:

• Quoting related support (Price, MPQ, MOQ, Lead Time, stock availability)

• Daily backlog management: Purchase orders, change orders, shipment coordination, and reservation management.

• Develop strategies on how to support customers and expedite lines down situations within Manufacturing and Business Management.

• Daily interface with Distributors, manage Distributor follow Maxim procedure and policy, train Distributor to improve delivery scorecard performance

• Lead all quality assurance requests: RMA processing, product change notification, device qualification requests, customer special requests and facility audit requests.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Visit Customers and Build Relationship with customers, learn business and market trends from customers.

• Information dissemination: Analyze forecasts, track project status, monitor design opportunities, understand and implement customer goals and objectives, follow market trends, and control the customer’s perception of Maxim within the factory.

• Provide internal/external reports, present account business review to management when necessary.

3. Project/Program Management

• Lead global project or take role of regional DRI for a project

• 1-3 years experience

• Good English communication skills in both oral and written (above CET-6)
