Role Objective:
To lead the development of new process within the Wuxi Manufacturing. the new processes may be developed internally in Wuxi or transferred in from other sources. The processes need to be established in Wuxi then transferred to operations in Wafer Fab and Back End under the agreed transfer systems and sign offs.

Relevant Experience (years):
5+ years of experience in ICs or Discreet Semiconductor Manufacturing or Process Development.
3+ years in role of Process Development or Integration
Knowledge of Metal Evaporation and Planar Technologies for Power Devices would be advantageous.

Other Occupational Requirements:
Demonstrate knowledge of Process Integration Sign off Procedures and New Process / Product Change Controls.
Capabilities and history in Project Planning and Execution

Major Responsibilities ：
· Maintain control of Process Development Project goals and timelines.
· Report key status of development projects to Projects, Engineering and Operations Managers
· Define and develop new process flows and systems for Wuxi and work in conjunction with operations groups who will receive the finished process.
· Work with outside agents and internal resources to establish best known processes and methods for the assigned process and products being developed.
· Establish good check points and sign offs for the processes being developed, so as to maintain good in line control and stable processes for operations.
· Facilitate training to Operations and Engineering groups and establish hand over criteria for new processes in line with the Wuxi Operations systems and methods and Littelfuse NPD system.
